mcslides

Author: Anders Malmberg, Oct 2003

The LaTeX class prosper is a tool for constructing slide shows in LaTeX, which reminds a lot of Microsoft PowerPoint, but you work entirely in a LaTeX environment. The package mcslides adds the symbol and colours of Lund University.

Examples

Simple example

  • Crash course in prosper by Anders Malmberg, 2002-09-12 (ps, pdf, tex+one eps figure).

Real world examples

Here are a few example of slide shows that have been created by people here at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences using mcslides:

  • Statistical Assessment of Wind Models by Anders Malmberg, April 2002 (ps [3350kB], pdf, tex).

Requirements

The following classes and packages (installed at MC) are all you need:
  • classes prosper [1,2] an extension of seminar,
  • packages mcslides.sty and PPRdefault.sty.

Other packages

prosper is not the only package you can use to prepare a slide show. Links to other packages such as TeXPower, Ppower4, JPP, Beamer and UtopiaPDF Presentations Bundle are found on this overview page.
