Fee and Payment
Fee
Due to the Swedish tax legislation, which vary depending
on country and place of work, the participant fee will differ.
Please read this before you go to the registration form.
You will not pay tax if you work...
- at a Swedish Government authority (Swedish university).
- at a company within the EU (except Sweden).
- in a country outside the EU.
You pay tax if you work ...
- at a Swedish company.
- at a Government authority (university) within the EU (except Sweden).
The fee includes all conference material, reception on Sunday evening,
morning and afternoon coffee and the conference dinner on Wednesday evening.
Payment
If you want to pay before arriving in Lund we only accept payment through postal or
bank giro, also known as SWIFT-payments. This follows the university rules and is due
to safety reasons.
We accept credit cards and cheques if you pay in Lund. Cheques must
be made payable to the bearer by a bank, been bought specially for SPRUCE VI
and be printed for the University of Lund. Personal cheques or EURO cheques from
outside Sweden are not accepted.
If you pay through a postal or bank giro you need to supply the following
information:

IMPORTANT! Your payment will be received by the central administration and
you have
to supply the code 107152 in order to direct the payment to SPRUCE VI.
You also have to write you name together with the code. Some banks will
only allow 10 characters so if your name is Nils Smith you write 107152/NSh. Then
it will be possible for us to identify the sender.
